Treatment Costs

Fighting fungus at my lung is not only an emotional and physical battle, but also a financial one. Every consultation, test, procedure, and treatment comes with a cost that I cannot face alone.

This page shares a clear and honest breakdown of the expenses involved in my journey — from medical consultations and diagnostic exams to surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, hospitalization, and medications.

My goal is transparency: I want every supporter to see exactly where donations will go and how your generosity makes a direct impact on my chance for healing and recovery.

Together, we can make each step of this treatment possible.

The amounts listed here are estimates based on average costs for treatment at hospitals in South Florida, such as Jackson Memorial, as well as research on typical U.S. medical expenses for lung care. These numbers include consultations, diagnostic exams (bronchoscopy, biopsy, CT scan, PET scan, X-rays), surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, hospitalization, and medications.

It is important to understand that actual costs may vary depending on many factors, such as the duration of hospitalization, the number of treatment sessions required, changes in medication, or unexpected complications.

By sharing these estimates, my goal is to be as transparent as possible so that every supporter understands how donations will be used and why your help is so vital.

If, by God’s grace and your help, we reach our fundraising goal and there are remaining funds, I promise that every cent of the excess will be donated to Tobacco Free Florida, an organization dedicated to helping people quit smoking and protecting our communities from the harms of tobacco. Tobacco Free Florida

If, in the course of this journey, the Lord calls me home, the funds that remain will also be donated to Tobacco Free Florida.

I want you to know: this campaign is not just for me. It is a seed of hope, a legacy of love, that I want to leave behind — caring for others even when I am no longer here.
