2 Years Ago - Benign Tumor
Two years ago, during a medical evaluation, doctors discovered a mass in my lung. The fear was immediate — I had to go through tests, procedures, and the long, heavy wait for answers. By God’s mercy, the biopsy confirmed that the tumor was benign.

That moment was both terrifying and enlightening. It reminded me of how fragile life is, but also how much hope and faith can carry us through uncertainty. I walked away from that experience grateful for more time with my family, my photography, my church, and my God.

I never imagined that just two years later, I would be facing a new diagnosis — this time, much more aggressive and life-threatening. But the memory of surviving that first scare gives me courage today. It tells me that even in the darkest valleys, there is light, and that miracles do happen.
